"Staff were friendly and professional but unfortunately the room I was first in had a blocked sink and then the second room had no heating. I had a meal in the evening that wasn’t fully cooked and was cold, I did get a replacement meal but overall my stay at this hotel was less than satisfactory. "

"A perfect location in the heart of Westport with loads of pubs, shops, restaurants, very close. A beautiful place that's extremely clean with a warm, friendly staff. So happy I could land here on this trip! "

"Another fantastic stay, staff at this hotel are welcoming, friendly and are a credit to the hotel, they always make my stay more enjoyable, as someone who uses the hotel regularly it's great to be greeted by name upon arrival at reception,recognized by restaurant staff and friendly greeting from the breakfast team, the spa facilities are fantastic and relaxing, had a great room with view of the harbour, looking forward to my next visit"
