"Liebevoll gestaltet, die Besitzer sind sehr herzlich und natürlich. Ein grosses Plus waren auch die Mückengitter vor den Fenstern. Saubere Unterkunft, wunderschön renoviert, war ehemals eine Franziskanerunterkunft. Die alten Steinmauer sind teilweise in die Appartements integriert. "Immaculate. The rooms were sizable and maintained. They were a little bit dated, but the size of the rooms in the balcony and the amenities is more than made up for the rooms design being perhaps a decade old. The bed was comfortable, the air-conditioning worked very well, the bathroom was big, the kitchen was huge. The accommodations were absolutely wonderfully comfortable!"

"We stayed at Hotel Sumratin for five nights and had a fantastic experience. As a new hotel, everything is finished to a very high standard. The rooms, public areas and facilities were all spotless, and the attention to cleanliness throughout our stay was excellent. The service was consistently friendly and professional, and the hotel grounds and restaurants were beautifully maintained. The breakfast and dining options were of a high quality, and there are also plenty of great local restaurants right on the doorstep if you want to explore. The location is one of the hotel's biggest strengths. It's ideal if you want easy access to Dubrovnik's Old Town without having to stay in the middle of the crowds. You can enjoy the beautiful coastline and a much more relaxed atmosphere, while still being only a short journey from all the main attractions. There's also a supermarket just a couple of minutes' walk away, which is really convenient. The only minor criticism is the rooftop pool. While it's a lovely space with great views, it's quite small for a hotel of this standard and can feel a little limited during busier times. That said, it's a very minor point in what was otherwise an excellent stay. We couldn't really fault the hotel, and if we return to Dubrovnik, we'd happily stay here again or somewhere very close by. Highly recommended."
