"The staff were really helpful and kind. The hotel had amazing air conditioning which is perfect after a day out. The room was well sized, and enough. The best part is that this is a really centrally located hotel, as it’s across the street from the main train station. So if you plan to do day trips to other cities like Milan, I could only recommend this hotel. As knowing my hotel was literally across the street made it so much easier to return after a long day."

"It felt a bit strange not to be greeted by someone but everything worked, it was amazing. So convenient to food, transport and the train station. I enjoyed the little balcony where I could open the door and get fresh air."
