"The place is beautiful & has everything you may need. What was especially helpful was that EVERYTHING was labeled, from cabinets & drawers, to the light switches/fans. As soon as we got there we felt like we knew where everything was. After our first day we had an issue with the AC and it had stopped working. We contacted the host at 10 pm, not really expecting to hear back until morning. Instead, she called me back within 5 minutes, and was working with us to find a solution. They got it fixed...
