From start to finish the stay was great. We arrived early on our bikes and they allowed us early access, and we could store the bikes safely. The room was spotlessly clean, super comfy, and whisper quiet. It’s a 10 minute walk to the old town.

Curtains were dirty. Did not like that we had to make our beds on arriving and strip beds on departure. Lift was not working and we were not advised before arrival. Not great if you have mobility issues

Conveniently close to Chateillayon and LaRochelle. We would have liked a longer stay. Spa was unavailable. No lumino thérapie mentioned.
