There is a sociable lounge/diner leading to an enclosed patio at the rear of the property allowing you to relax as the evening sets in.Ground floor: Recessed front door leads into: Open plan Lounge/kitchen/diner: with two sofas, dining table and four chairs and sideboard withTV and DVD player. Washroom: with WC and wash basin. Kitchen: with gas hob and electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, with doors leading into garden.
First floor: Stairs leading to small landing with doors to: Double bedroom: with double bed, chest of draws and hanging space. Twin bedroom: with 2 single beds, bedside tables, hangin space and balcony to the front of the house. Family bathroom: with shower over bath, WC and wash basin.
Please note: Outside: enclosed patio area to the rear of the property with outdoor seating. Bed linen and towels provided. Please Note: This property has an additional £20.00 per week applied to it to cover the rising utility charges. Pet considered, please enquire.
