"Probably one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at in a while, I can’t tell you the last time I checked into a hotel and it didn’t smell like tobacco or marijuana in the lobby, halls or rooms. Air conditioning was perfect and quiet. The fridge is slightly larger than the mini kind and the beds were comfortable. When I needed to book another night on short notice they made it very fast and simple. Breakfast was great too!"

"The hotel is excellent. The location, unfortunately, is not. Hartford is not exactly a place to hang out in, and after work is done, the city seems to shut down. There's not much to do except attend a basketball game, which is what we were there for, but the hotel itself has everything you need. Honestly, if you need to stay the night in Hartford, I would recommend the Goodwin because you literally don't need to leave since it has everything."
