Situated on beautifully presented grounds, this captivating homestead is just a short stroll to the Cromwell Historical Heritage Precinct where you can enjoy your daily coffee fix before you walk or cycle one of NZ’s ‘great status’ tracks, the Lake Dunstan trail.

This holiday home maintains its 1890s character while the central heating system, two wood burner fireplaces, double glazing and full insulation provides year-round comfort.

Two of the bedrooms are comprised of king-size beds, while the third is a single. Two luxurious bathrooms cap off this tastefully decorated home. Enjoy the ‘green room’ library, a place for you to relax & read any of the 1500 books available in front of the warmth of a wood-burner fire.

For boating & fishing enthusiasts, the tranquility of Lake Dunstan, the Clutha & Kawerau rivers awaits you. If you are a golfing nut, the rolling contours of the Greg Turner designed Cromwell Golf course, one NZ’s few ‘inland link’s’ courses will challenge you. And for snow-skiing enthusiasts, a 50 - 60 minute drive takes you to the slopes of Cardrona, Treble Cone, Coronet Peak or the Remarkables Ski fields.

The entire property is for you to enjoy, including the abundant fruit trees (apples, pears, walnuts & grapes) when in season while our vegetable & herb gardens are available for you to enrich your summer BBQ meals.
