"We loved our stay and it fit all of our needs! The host was very accommodating with our last minute change in plans to stay here instead of tent camping due to the weather. The home was clean, comfortable, great size for our family! We enjoyed the backyard fire pit every night and the kids spent a lot of their free time fishing off the dock catching tons of fish! We would definitely stay here again! "

"It is a lovely hotel. The hotel is located in a busy area, but it is quiet and feels safe. The breakfast is plentiful and excellent. The staff is amicable and accommodating. The only remark I have is that the carpet looked as if it needs some cleaning."

"Staff were great! I booked a none accessible room but specified in the comments for one. The staff reached out the next day about the handicap accessible room but they didn’t have any left. They moved my room to a more accessible room compared to the one I booked at no extra charge. We also were there during a tornado and staff handled it beautifully. I felt safe the whole time during the shelter in place. "

"Our family of 8 was so comfortable in this house. It was beautifully landscaped. Loved how private and cozy it felt. Definitely made use of the rail trail in the backyard. It was an easy walk down to Arnold’s for mini golf and ice cream. We had a couple runners in the house that also enjoyed the having a safe place to run. Kitchen was extremely well stocked with anything you could possibly need. It was also so nice to have so many bath, beach, and swim towels provided. Huge plus! Temps were like mid 60s all week so having the kids be able to swim in the heated pool late afternoons or evenings was amazing. We had 4 teens with us so the game room/basement made a great space for them to disappear. This location made it easy to explore the entire cape. We rent houses for vacation several times a year and this one was definitely a family favorite. Thank you so much for sharing the property with our family!
