Enjoy a quick 4 minute drive to Ironton for direct access to Mountain Bike Trails, paved trails, and lake access.

This property features beds for 10 guests with an additional queen-size floor mattress and crib available as needed. The home is a new construction with a classic touch.

Enjoy features like 9’ ceilings throughout, solid white oak floors, and granite countertops in the kitchen.

Featuring 900 square feet of patio outdoor living space, and a covered porch when in season, this home includes a fire pit and patio seating for 12.

Inside, you will find finishes such as marble countertops, brass fixtures, and freestanding soaker tubs in the bathrooms. Note on accessibility: both showers on this property are in the soaker tubs. This property does not feature walk-in showers.

To make this property work-from-home friendly, it provides a desk, chair, and sit-stand desk converter with wifi connection.

The main living space features a smart TV for streaming while you enjoy your stay up-north.

Private new construction with extras

Very beautiful, well decorated private house. Adorable fixtures and finishes that were great, including a chicken coop to watch in the backyard. Just outside of town, but plenty of easy access to restaurants if you didn’t want to use the amazing range. Lots of unique and thoughtful touches!
