"The room was fresh and clean. The staff were mostly great, there was one staff member who had parked in the rear lot near the building and had parked very badly, taking up two spots, which was not great, but otherwise everyone was great. Breakfast was hot and fresh, good selection. The coffee was good. :-) Parking was a little lacking, but adequate. One thing that was completely missing were luggage carts. There were none to be had, neither at check-in or check-out! We were on the first floor but my wife is mobility challenged and we have some specialized stuff we take on trips that are bulky, so getting in and out of the room required several trips without the cart. "
