"We went for my Mom's 60th birthday. It is so peaceful and serene. The neighborhood is very quiet and set back in the woods, but it's a short trip to town and about 25 minutes from canoeing, tubing and kayaking (which I would highly recommend scheduling). The Property was clean and spacious. Certainly going on my list to come back again!"

"We enjoyed our stay very much at Retrievers Retreat! 2 senior adults and our very small dog, Bailey. Cabin is well kept and not too far into the woods although it is up on the mountain. Liked the condiments in the cabinets, coffee and powdered creamer, teas provided, although we did not use them. A nice wine fridge too! The bed we used on the main floor was very comfortable, and we liked the lighted mirror above the bathroom sink, shower has body wash, shampoo and conditioner in hanging bottles....

Very spacious, strong WiFi, well-stocked kitchen, clean beds and bathrooms, and the close proximity to The Woods golf course was ideal. "
