The host arrived in person to find out they gave the door code to another renter without properly verifying the individual's identity. We received a full refund but no further compensation was offered for the inconvenience that has been experienced. "Decent property if you're looking to have a place to lay your head down at night. There's a family upstairs so you can hear the kids running around sometimes and people walking up/down the stairs, so as long as your ok with that then this place is fine. The suite is very spacious. The view of the city is great. it is also about a 30ish minute drive to downtown just as an fyi. Place is clean. I had no issues. "

"While the location was great, the condition of the property and amenities were subpar. Many broken items, amenities listed were no present. No check in or check out guidelines or house rules or property info. Conflict with residence upstairs around parking which is listed as an amenity for the property. Under stocked with basic amenities. Most furniture was broken or dirty. Would look for a different place when I am back in the area."
