"We were guests for 3 nights in a 1 bedroom Suite. Everything was clean, and staff was readily available each time we entered or exited the lobby/property. There is an awesome restaurant on sight. The room furnishings had a "cabin" feel including pine log furniture. The rooms had been updated without compromising the cabin feel. Our only suggestion would be to eliminate the un-used jetted tubs in the living room area and utilize that space for additional seating and a larger wall mounted TV ( just a suggestion, not a negative). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and YES would stay again."

"It is a cozy little cabin, we enjoyed our stay and would consider booking again. A few improvements would make it perfect. The ladder to the loft needs reinforcement for the stair treads, the heating controls need to be resolved, and the kitchen sink was leaking somewhere. Short of that it is well stocked and has many comforts of home. All in all, we enjoyed ourselves, it's a beautiful spot. A little bit of heaven. Our host was very helpful and kind."

"Our one-week stay was perfect plus exactly what we expected and needed! We both really needed to escape the chaos of the big city and have some peace and quiet after a very difficult year. We wanted to celebrate our 42nd wedding anniversary and also my wife's breast cancer victory at a secluded and private cabin. This was our very first VRBO experience and we were pleasantly surprised at how relaxing and beautiful this location truly was. The cabin was perfect, very cozy, and close by to everything that we needed. Thanks to the owners for an amazing experience and sharing your wonderful cabin with us!"

"We loved our Labor Day Weekend at Brook Street Retreat. It’s a quiet and private neighborhood steps away from a brewery and near a coffee shop, ice cream shop and restaurants. There’s good space to spread out and amazing views of the lake. The games were a big plus for our family getaway."

"Everything was great! The only thing that we have complaints about was the foot traffic from the unit above when we were asleep, but it wasn't super late and they had little kids. They weren't partying or anything. You can just hear everything above."

"What a beautiful property! Enough room to spread out inside and out. Very well equipped kitchen, comfortable seating and spacious bedrooms. Enough outdoor toys to keep us and the teenagers occupied.Bring your own pillows if you can, typical VRBO pillows(bad). Very close to town, groceries, restaurants, attractions, etc."
