"I believe the place could be a bit cleaner. Found hair in bathroom and in bedroom. And the stove top had food on it. It may not be the location's fault and more of the people staying there but someone urinated in the elevator overnight. Overall, the place feels older and may need a deeper cleaning. "

"Our son was retiring from the Air Force and we needed a 3 bedroom so my 2 other sons could stay with us. The house provided the space we needed. The bathrooms were nice. Great Rain shower in the master. Back patio was great for enjoying our morning tea."

"Over all stay was okay. Something in the room had us sneezing and scratchy throat, think it was the sheets from the laundry soap. Thin walls and floor could hear everyone around me and the people above walking around. The AC was not good at, the function buttons were gone and no matter how cold you dropped the room the AC would turn off and made a rattle noise. "

"I pre-booked a king bed. Upon arrival and checking when we got to our room it was a single double bed. Nothing was said when we checked in. We went back to the front desk and was told there were no more king rooms and there was nothing he could do! We did not stay"

"The stay was not what I was anticipating. Before arriving, I was trying to locate other hotels but the selection was limited. I did not participate in the "easy" check in process based on reviews from it so I visited the front desk, for check in. It didn't take long or the timing was just right. I get to the room and it was heavily smoked in. I escalated the complaint and there was nothing to be done. I called first thing the next morning and was able to get another room. No, it was not smoked in but later in the day, there were smokers next to the room. Not only that, there were several other guests who were smoking in the rooms. It was kind of mis-leading to request a non-smoking room to still be put in one. Hopefully it is something that is checked frequently but check the sheets and surrounding areas. The continental breakfast was bypassed due to timing. Microwave popped popcorn in a terrible way. Mini fridge kept water cold but unsure how cold it would keep other things. The motel was near retail stores, grocery store, fast food spots, and gas stations. I would NOT recommend walking in this area as traffic was not the greatest. This establishment was by the interstate and it was not the quietest. The walls are thin as you could hear your fellow guest doing whatever in the room next to you. I'm not sure if hotels.com signal certain RSVP to get the less than greatest bookings but this experience was not the greatest. The price was not sufficient for the level of stress"
