They made such a massive loss less stressful by arranging us to lengthen our stay, numerous hugs and pure kindness. We will be forever grateful to them. "

"Was initially given a room that had kitchen ventilation fans running right outside the window but the staff made it right when I was upgraded without cost to a sea view room. Great room as large and comfortable and a small table with 2 chairs for drink, snack while watching the ocean "
