"The gentleman at the reception when we arrived was very nice. The room was very disappointed. We booked an ocean view and it was not. It was a very partial view between 2 buildings. The room had a smell and we saw a cockroach in the room. The breakfast was not good."

More family friendly than expected based on the reviews but wasn't an issue for me and my wife even though it may have been if a couple wanted a more adult heavy enviroment.
