"Always a great place to stay"

"Can’t say enough about how much I like this property. I booked one night and ended up staying for two. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. I had to transfer rooms - I should have booked the room as soon as I walked into it for the second night - and they above and beyond to make it seamless. I moved rooms at 10 am, their check out time, and left for the day to sight see knowing my refrigerated items were safe and so was my luggage. Can’t wait to come back again! PS most rooms come with a mini kitchen. The second had a dishwasher! I am pretty sure I would never get in here during the summer. "

"Excellent service nice friendly helpful staff very clean and right in the middle of Havelock north. Also great restaurant next door. Only one thing was i found the mattrass a little to firm for me."
