"Paul is a really friendly and very helpful host. Our 2 night stay, was very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed. We had privacy and peace throughout. The Annex is clean, well maintained, practical and also spacious. Unwinding here was simple and if that is what you are looking for, you cannot go wrong by staying here. Me and my partner are already planning on returning."

"The photos make this property look a lot better than the reality. The reality is that the house is very tired and in need of TLC. The entire place stank of bleach when we arrived, yet simple things like cobwebs and dirty cupboard doors had not been cleaned. Half eaten and opened food from previous guests had been left in the cupboards. Bugs were found in one bed. Packets of rizla were found by our children in the garden on the furniture. Lovely & clean with comfy beds I raised a couple of issues with the owner on return - but they hasn’t affected our stay at all Would I stay again? Yes definitely Would I use VRBO? No the web site / messaging service is not great. Clunky and slow"

"Great location. Clean and tidy property, comfy beds, but a little bit tired in places - door edges on the floor a bit rough. There was a drain smell in the main bathroom. But an absolutely ideal property for a family stay in Liverpool as so close to the metro. Thank you we will return I’m sure."

"The property is beautiful, exactly how it’s described and looks in the photographs pure luxury.I booked the property for mine and my partners families to get together for 2 days over New Year’s Eve and everyone loved it.The Host Lucy was fantastic from start to finish always quick to respond and happy to answer any questions I had.I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a beautiful spacious modern house to wow friends and family."
