Stone house for 6 people, large courtyard. Located close to the docks and the beach in a quiet pedestrian alley. Fully equipped. 3 bedrooms, bathroom.

The house is to rent from sunday to sunday and for a minimum of 2 weeks in the summer.

In addition to the rental, charges will be detailed below:

'Le Fret', a small traditional port has retained its charm.
Although located on the north shore of the peninsula of Crozon in the 'Anse du Fret' southern part of the Bay of Brest harbor Le Fret is looking south as it is set on a small peninsula .
His small docks dating from 1844 and 1862 roam with pleasure can come across old ships, boats, fishing boats and a few fishing trips. 70 moorings are reserved annually. We can go to the pond, managed by the "Conservatoire du Littoral", that attract birds in season sea and land birds: judelles, herons, grebes, egrets?
Those who prefer the earth to the sea can practice foot fishing, followed, if necessary by a good restaurant or creperie. In Le Fret, we can eat, drink and sleep soundly, protected as it is by the small crenellated tower, a symbol of defense of another time..
And especially we can embark to a new destination. This is the charm of small traditional port shot from the early eighteenth century to the sardine and dredging oysters. Today, in a jiffy, faster than the time-steamers, the shipping company bring you directly to Brest from the dock and it is even possible to buy a ticket to Océanopolis: Through three pavilions dedicated the polar, tropical and temperate marine ecosystems, Océanopolis immerses visitors in an underwater universe to discover the flora and fauna of oceans around the world. A fourth pavilion houses the main temporary exhibition on marine biodiversity.

Amélioration à apporter

Remplacement du lave vaisselle. Carrelages fissurés qui peut etre dangereux pour des enfants. Logement humide malgré 14 jours de soleil.

copie mail adressé a l'hote .De retour, je vous envoie le compte rendu des problèmes rencontrés dans cette maison lors de notre séjour. ( n ayant pu en parler lors de notre entretien car le téléphone a été coupé bizarrement !!!!!) Salle de bains - impossible de régler la douche, soit trop chaud, soit trop froid (ce problème date depuis un certain temps, voir commentaires anciens sur ABRITEL – fuite sur le robinet du lavabo qui a duré du dimanche soirée au mercredi suite remplacement du robinet (d’où perte importante d’eau et consommation électrique) Cuisine : la fenêtre ne fermait pas correctement et store cassé d’où lumière nécessaire pour accès a la cuisine et encore surconsommation d’électricité !!!5 Fenêtre réparée le vendredi et store resté bloqué) Trou dans porte petite chambre Cafetière sale. Dans la cour : transats absents et qui figurent sur les photos d’Abritel, sièges rouillés et barrière cassée. Nous avons eu l’impression que tous ces problèmes venaient de notre fait. De plus concernant le ménage explication pas nette dans le contrat. Vous comprendrez mon mécontentement suite à tous ces problèmes Il serait Judicieux de faire une révision de cette maison avant de louer A VOUS LIRE

Insgesamt war das objekt schon sehr reparaturbedürftig an einigen Stellen. Dennoch war es auch sehr privat und trotz laufendem Gastrobetrieb ruhig in den Abendstunden.

Bel emplacement mais peut mieux faire

La maison est très bien située et spacieuse. Par contre nécessaire de tout amener pour l'hygiène et la cuisine (sel huile sopalin papier toilette) ce qui est différent des autres locations que nous avons déjà faites où nous trouvions un petit nécessaire le temps de faire des courses.

Une maison au bout du monde

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison avec ma femme, nos trois enfants et nos deux chiens. Le beau temps était au rendez-vous, ce qui nous a permis de profiter de la petite cour à l'abri du vent et du barbecue. Nous avons également apprécié la proximité de la plage (15m du palier) et de la crêperie voisine (superbe adresse). Nous avions emmené nos vélos, ce qui nous a permis de circuler sur la voie verte qui se fait très bien avec des enfants, elle mène directement à Camaret ou à Crozon. L'équipement de la cuisine est correct pour pouvoir cuisiner et il y a 4 restaurants accessibles à pied. Peut-être un petit bémol au niveau du mitigeur de la douche mais qui peut convenir aux amateurs de douche écossaise :-D Nous avons eu vraiment un sentiment de vacances dans cette maison, une vraie coupure. Je recommande.

Tolle Lage in einem kleinen Hafendorf

Tolle Stände schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, nur etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Betten in den Kinderzimmern würden sich über neue Lattenroste bzw. neue Matratzen für das Hochbett freuen. Die Crêperie nebenan hat zwar lange Gäste, jedoch hört man die bei geschlossenen Fenstern überhaupt nicht. Insgesamt würden wir sehr gerne wieder hierhin kommen.

Sehr schöne Lage

Die Lage des Hauses und die Umgebung sind super. Das Haus ist einfach , bietet aber alles was man braucht. Das Bad kann eine Renovierung vertragen ist aber funktionstüchtig. Wir wurden nett empfangen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

A part les toilettes qui étaient assez petits, et la salle de bain qui mériterait un bon coup de jeune surtout le robinet de la douche qui fonctionne mal. Tout était très bien et Le L'environnement était parfait et Le Fret est très beau.
