"A pesar de la "reservación sin costo" de Expedia, me indicaron un día antes que teniamos que apartar pagando la mitad de la habitación o no se nos tomaría en cuenta, CON TODO Y ESO, indicamos que nuestra llegada sería tarde y aún así nos asignaron una habitación que no era la que habíamos reservado, argumentando que "fuimos los últimos en llegar y era la que quedaba"..." tienen habitación, ¿no? No le veo el problema", expresó el dueño. Horrible estar reservando previamente para llegar a lidiar...

"This is my first time in this hotel, I liked how quiet it was from the road, yet close enough to downtown for walking and shopping , I think a cool option would be to have a refrigerator for each room upon request, the staff was excellent and supper friendly …5 star"

"As always, the attention from all the staff is fantastic. They are all great. The rooms are comfy and have AC and ceiling fans. The food is good, but a bit expensive. The Sunday brunch is delicious. One of the pools is warm, very good for kids. It is my favorite property in Cuernavaca."
