"I did not have the opportunity to greet any staff members. The power outage resulted in complete darkness, with neither backup power nor air conditioning functioning. I contacted the responsible individual to inform them of the situation; however, I did not receive a return call to confirm if everything was in order. The property appears to be abandoned. "
