"Rude unhelpful staff. Not one light in the room worked. grounds of property had lots of cigarette butts. It's cheap but not worth the savings"

"Fine for a one-night stopover - a small room with a bed, a tiny bathroom, aircon, easy parking just outside and just minutes from the fast A road. Everything worked, we enjoyed a good dinner at the Campanile’s restaurant nearby. "

There was no mention of the doors being inaccessible out of hours made at check-in. And no warning on the door itself (I'd assumed there would be a card reader or access for residents)"

"This is a lovely hotel, wonderfully located, with exceptional service. While the historic aspect of the building is well preserved and charming, the decor is a bit dated and old. The bed is comfortable but sheets are slightly on the rough side. I happened to stay when the temperature was exceptionally HOT, so the AC could only do so much. I happened to forget to reserve a parking spot, but there is plenty of parking available publicly. It was a great value find, and I would definitely stay...
