"The Small hotel is in a good location up at the back of Fethiye centre area about 10 mins walk to centre. Room was a good size and tidy and well kept with regular cleaning. Breakfast was very good and always some variations that were served to us. Lovely roof terrace with great view for breakfast . Staff really friendly "

"Bedrooms have a great view and clean but unfortunately fungus/mold spread in the bathrooms due to lack of ventilation. The management has to remove the tile grout and put new ones in order to get rid of molds, which smelled strongly time to time. Also need ventilation windows and air ventilators for bathrooms. Kitchen was not equipped well but I managed to cook things and appreciated just even to have a kitchen. Overall u enjoyed my stay there. "
