"Apparently, when we couldn't download our credits we were told by Membership that it was because we used them at Harrahs earlier that morning and we must have "forgot". Really? After a security check it was determined that someone else had been playing on our cards. Rather than issue us new membership cards with free play, we were told to freeze our account and return later. When we returned the issue was unresolved and our accounts remain frozen. "

"Edgewood is a great place to stay . Rooms are big and clean . Property is well kept . The hotel shuttle takes you 2 miles around which is very convenient if you want to go out . Hotel is pretty close to heavenly village, casinos and marina . Great private beach and jacuzzi . I will go back!!’ Love it !! "
