Clean room , friendly staff... casino was not worth it too small and no ambiance..no amenities other than the gym...and there was construction i would stay again if there is a deal but would not pay full price

Love all about this hotel especially very convenient to gondola, all the shoppings, restaurants and walkable to everything. The ski resort mountain vibe is fantastics; the room is comfort and roomy with impressive design for skiers. Great lodging to enjoy a wonderful Winter holidays.

We believe the receptionist was not a customer oriented person. I forgot my phone charger and she wanted to charge me $15.00 to send it to me As courtesy they should absorb that cost for their repeating customers.

Heating radiator system confusing. Could use simple repairs like removing peeling border wallpaper, patching cracked plaster ceilings and updating the elevator appearance. But all worked and bed was comfortable.
