"I arrived at 1 am. Minimal delay in being assisted. Lady was very helpful. Exterior facade of building is in need of repair but I'm not sleeping outside so I didn't care. The interior of the room, while dated with awkward floor plan was immaculate. Very clean. My priorities are clean, quiet and cheap. For me this place is a win!"
