Simple and easy to access local attractions

Very happy with quiet location and fenced yard. Perfect for our dogs. Found a bandaid under the bed and some stand and leaf debris left in hot tub. Could use a few more dishes in kitchen and a dishwasher, but overall had a great stay

This house was everything we thought it would be everything was very nice and welcoming. This house fit all of our accommodations there was plenty of room for our 7 guests one child and dogs. The beds and linens were surprisingly very comfortable. I was able to get great sleep while away on vacation huge plus for me. The price of this house was very reasonable as well. All around great experience.

In a neighborhood BUT there are wooded areas all around the house. The fenced in back fence gives the privacy illusion but small dogs/kids can slide right under it. Clean and well stocked. The water in Clearwater and most of Florida has a funky smell. Hot Tub, showers, washing dishes all have the smell. Nothing FL can do about it.

It’s the little things.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It’s the little things that make a place much nice. We always prefer to rent a house rather than a hotel, as the rent is usually comparable, and we really prefer our privacy. We’ve gotten pretty used to bringing our own toiletries, because most rentals provide a step above rest stop toilet paper, but they provided cottonelle. I’m a charmin guy myself, but upgraded toilet paper means more than you’d think. Beds were firm, so if you like softer, be prepared. Had an issue with the bearing in the ceiling fan in the master bedroom going out, we contacted the property manager, and they got right on it.

Decent stay

The house was clean. It had most of everything that we needed or wanted. Extras included games, charging ports, wine (we don’t drink), and washer and dryer. The property was clean but seemed to be lacking in amenities. There was a keurig but no pods for it. Had to go to supermarket fast on Christmas Eve so we would have coffee. No dishwasher but no way to clean the dishes (scrub or sponge) or drying racks or kitchen towels. There were limited glasses for drinking. No big skillets for cooking. No toaster. This made it hard to cook any meals for the holiday. The selling point is the hot tub which was super slimey and had a horrible smell. It was Christmas so we didn’t really reach out.
