"When we arrived , outside lawn was over grown , like had not been cut for month , the inside was ok , garage is not air conditioned , so would be tuff to use games during summer, very hot out . We actually found out we were 35min drive from our friends house and they invited us to stay with them for driving convenience so actually never slept in house . "
