Waterfront 1st floor 2/2 condo with a view of Hunter Springs, Crystal River

Watch the Chubby Mermaids (Manatees) go by right out the large living room window. Our condo is across from Hunter Springs where you can sit back with a cup of coffee, or a cocktail and watch the manatees, boaters and kayakers go by. Our recently updated, peacefully decorated, 1st floor unit is fully furnished and stocked with all of the amenities you would need for a long stay. Master Bedroom has a Queen bed, closet, and dresser with an adjoined Master Bathroom with walk in shower. Guest Bedroom has a Twin bunk over a King bed and access to a 2nd full bathroom with a tub-shower combo. Washers and Dryers available on property steps away from the unit. There is a designated parking spot undercover for your vehicle. Our 8 unit condo building has a community grill and picnic table outside and chairs for you to pull up anywhere along the waterfront to enjoy the beautiful scenery and animal/people watching. Please note we do not have a boat dock for our unit. Must book a minimum of 3 months.
