"This hotel has hidden assets that could make it a world-class resort on Phu Quoc Island.　With just one more step, it could become world-famous.　Personally, I don't want anyone to know about it. Cottage-type resort hotels are not uncommon in Phu Quoc, but a combination of a beachfront location on a small mountain with an infinity pool and rooms is rare. Even when they are rare, the cottages are often modern, lacking authenticity and failing to appeal to Western or developed tourists. I think this is a genuinely wonderful resort hotel where you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise on the patio. At the Green Bay Resort, we have an old-fashioned architectural style that I believe will satisfy tourists. In addition, the spa and pool are very satisfactory. Combined with the fact that it is not crowded, it has a secluded resort feel. The problems can be summarized as follows: 1. Hot water capacity: 2. Limited dinner and breakfast options. 3. Beach clarity The beach is well-maintained, so it is understandable that there is nothing that can be done about the water quality. The first issue is critical. Despite the deep moated bath, the water cools down without reaching even 10 cm. We wait until the heat tank heats up, but it takes almost two hours, and the accumulated water is cold by then. In short, it's impossible to enjoy a Japanese-style bath with water kept at nearly 40°C until the end of the day. "Beautiful hotel located on a gorgeous oceanfront beach. The room: nice and clean. Little details that we like: provided sandals for the room & beach, the laundry line to hang up our wet swim suits. The pool: nice and big The restaurants: the beach bistro has a nice view. The breakfast buffet has plenty of options and all were delicious. Afternoon tea: a nice bonus extra The staff: friendly, courteous & helpful. The person who checked us in was knowledgeable. He spent time explaining things in details with us. The airport transfers and bus were convenient and made it easy to commute bt places."

"Rooms were big and spacious with a nice ocean view and balcony. Pool overlooking the ocean was amazing. Bathroom was decent sized. No freezer, only fridge but was ok to keep our drinks cold. A good selection for breakfast. A 2-3 minute walk uphill to get to the Main Street but then you had everything there. Very convenient, would definitely recommend. My only negative was the wind was quite strong and our balcony door kept banging which woke me up. Other than that, definitely value for money. "

"From the moment we arrived at Grand Ocean Bay Resort Phu Quoc, we were completely blown away. Everything about this place radiates luxury and serenity — it truly felt like a real-life White Lotus experience (minus the drama!). The service was warm, prompt and genuinely attentive — nothing was ever too much trouble. The breakfast buffet was incredible, with a wide selection of fresh, tasty options and unreal ocean views to start each day. The resort itself is stunning — beautifully designed with luxurious wooden and rainforest-inspired finishes, while still feeling high end and polished. Everything was spotless, with amazing attention to detail in both furnishings and amenities. The pool area overlooking the ocean was paradise and the swim up cocktail bar was pure bliss. The spa was another highlight — I had a massage with the sea breeze and sound of waves in the background… heaven. We loved the convenient location, close to the main attractions yet peaceful and relaxing. The complimentary airport shuttle made everything seamless. We didn’t want to leave. 3 nights wasn’t enough!
