"My Girlfriend and I just spent a week here and we couldn’t be any more impressed! The views were amazing, especially from the shared rooftop area where the sunsets were spectacular! The host was very friendly and had great communication. It was very clean and great after a long day exploring Samara. Most days we’d walk into town and back a few times a day, however next time we might get a golf cart because we will for sure be back to this property!"

The walk from town is very steep (even our rental SUV struggled when we drove), but the trade off to 'being up high' is beautiful views and a much-needed breeze. The pool and rooftop are great. You get a better view of the sunset from the condo than from the beach.Note that the futons are not very comfortable, but they are fine for an occasional night.AC worked great (and was very needed!)As one of the ground floor units, there is limited privacy...

"Our family of 4 had a great time at this property. The rooftop is fantastic and gets a great breeze. The pool is great and needed if you walk home from town in the heat! The property is at the top of a decent hill - gradual at first and then a steep climb on rough terrain. We were there for 2.5 weeks and didn't have a car for most of our time. Our kids (5 & 7) were able to do the walk once or twice a day but it was tough and not possible during the day when it was so hot. The view is worth it,...

"I’ve stayed here before and I will be back in the future. The condos are beautiful and very large and the neighborhood is so peaceful. I love to walk around the area and see monkeys in the trees. My mini economy rental car had no trouble getting there in the heavy rain, which is rare in Costa Rica. Thanks for the great stay!"

"Great experience. Manager was incredibly responsive when air conditioner broke. Unit is on the 2nd floor. Nice location but more like an 8-10 minute dirt road with 2 hills walk to the beach. Close to fun beaches and delicious restaurants. Listing says only 1 bathroom, but there are 3 full bathrooms. "

"I stayed in this heavenly apartment with my family for five days. Everything was simply perfect: the location, the amenities of the accommodation, and the loving care we received during our stay. The incredible roof terrace was being completed during our stay. It has an indescribable view and leaves nothing to be desired.
