"Is a great hotel to stay by the airport and just cross from the terminal ,the staff is amazing ,the hotel needs a upgrade in general, the furniture is very old , the gym and pool very old and poor maintain,"

"Fue la primera vez que me quedé en este hotel. Desde que llegué al stand del aeropuerto, el trato fue muy bueno. La chica que me atendió fue muy amable, luego el señor del transporte, de igual manera, muy cordial. El restante muy bien aunque quizás el precio puede ser un poco caro, algunos platos valen la pena."

"Location, location was super awesome. Room was clean a bit on the small size but did have 2 double beds so perhaps it made the room a bit tight. Staff all were very friendly, but a waitress was a bit forgetful on bringing our coffee/creamer. Air conditioning was great."

"Fiesta Americana on Reforma has been my go-to for years now and I don't see that changing. Sure, there are nicer hotels in CDMX, but for the price, I think this property is top-of-class. As someone who travels a lot for work, a hotel's gym is super important to me and for Mexico City, this hotel has one of my favorite gyms. I've been coming here for years, and I don't see that changing."

"This hotel exceeded our expectations. It’s welcoming, modern and clean, with an incredible complimentary cafe and delicious buffet breakfast. The staff was kind and helpful in all capacities, from arranging transportation to directions and recommendations. We received nightly turndown and treat with a kind note. Just all around classy and lovely, we’ll definitely return on our next CDMX adventure."
