"The property was just a quick drive from downtown Galena on a secluded quiet road. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out was very simple. We loved the sheep, the hot tub and surrounding wildlife. A perfect quick getaway for the family. "

"4 of us senior adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Blocks from Main street a definite plus for walkability! Enjoyed the side porch and nicely remodeled layout with both bedrooms and baths on one floor. Very clean! Marion quickly responded to our questions. Worked well for us all! "

"My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. We especially loved the two balconies and the covered hot tub right outside of the bedroom. The place is actually bigger than what it looks like in the photos with the living room and kitchen being very spacious. We enjoyed relaxing on the balconies overlooking nature."

"Dubuque was the halfway point for us to meet for the weekend. The property is small, but charming and in a safe neighborhood. Great location for a home base. We would definitely book again. 👍"

"Went Labor Day weekend with my brother, his wife, and their grown children and spouses(ages 18-62). Couldn't have picked a better place! The farm is a great place to just relax, or to play some family games. We had a scavenger hunt while we were there, a couple of Nerf gun "wars" broke out, and of course everyone spent some time in the lighthouse. We all had a lot of fun, and would definitely go back again. "

"This property is in a great location, easy to find. It's in good condition, well maintained and very clean. Only issue we had was no dish towels or dish rag but we made so."
