Liked how close it is to the Fall festifivities in October, and the stores and restaurants. The breakfast is the best.

We were in town for a family funeral so wanted a quiet room. The hotel has been redone since last year and the living room in the suite was one of the best. Comfortable furniture with nice decor. The bathroom was totally redone with a very large shower. Breakfast was never crowded and the food was always restocked when needed. It would be nice if they served later than 9AM on weekdays.

The Houghton Inn is a gem. The friendliness of the staff and peace you feel makes it stand out.

Very convenient location for college visit.

We had a lovely room with a full kitchen. The staff went out of their way to please us. The breakfast was great and the variety suited myself and my husband. The bed was very comfortable. Will certainly stay again in Olean Best Western.

Loved the location

This is a great place to stay while visiting Alfred University or Alfred State. It's a beautiful old house, tastefully redone; the owner and Brenda, the person making breakfast and cleaning up are friendly and interesting individuals.

Cozy motel that is doing everything right. Super clean and in good repair. Every staff member I came across smiled and said hello.

It was wonderful. We didn't get in til about 8pm and left after breakfast, but wish we could have had more time to enjoy the wonderful front porch. Sat out there with a bottle of wine from about 9 - 11pm and could have sat out there all night! Breakfast was to die for.....we did not need lunch. Thanks Joan.

Really nice room at an affordable rate. We paid the few extra dollars for the whirlpool room. There weren’t any photos of those rooms online so we took a chance. It was a nice hot tub. I would stay here again.

Clean and convenient to downtown

Our family was up in Bradford to take care of some business. Chose this particular hotel because of its location--right downtown. Its close to ramps for US 219, the Zippo/Case museum, the local hospital, movie theater, several restaurants and pharmacies. The local Walmart is only a few miles away and you have to pass more restaurants to get there. Allegheny State park is literally a few miles up a hill. Staff was ALWAYS friendly, from check-in to checkout. The room was clean and comfortable...

We were greeted by the Manager. He was welcoming and made us feel right at home! This property is a small, clean little hotel. The king sized bed was very comfortable! The room contained a microwave and a fridge! If you are looking for a reasonable and relaxing place to stay...this is the place!

It was very peaceful and relaxing.

Great staff. Close proximity to town. 3 minute drive to Holiday Valley. I will stay again in the future.
