"The home is lovely, open and relaxing, well furnished and impeccably maintained. In addition to its intrinsic charms, the home is essentially a viewing post from which to soak up the landscape -- which is indelibly, jaw-droppingly, gorgeous at all times of day. The whole set-up is like a small dwelling set up in front of a vast, ever-changing, light-playing Monet canvas. Christine -- the host -- is responsive, kind, efficient and thoughtful. We loved our time there. "

"The pictures do not do this cute cabin justice!! Everything is clean as a whistle, and the decor and vibe is unique and charming- you can tell they put a lot of thought and heart into this place :) The property is remote and there is no WiFi or cell service, but it’s what I was going for. Unplugging and not feeling that need to look at my phone every 5 minutes was freeing and relaxing! If you go into town, you can get WiFi at the cafe/bakery if you need to check in and feel connected. The back porch was my favorite place to be, even when it was storming (especially when it was storming ⛈️❤️). The fresh mountain air and little critters (especially the resident hummingbirds that fly pretty close to your head- watch out 🤪) were just what we needed. We did not see anything big like elk or bears on this trip, but hoping to in the future. The highlight of our trip besides the amazing cabin was the Valles Caldera and the hot springs. We will definitely be back if given the opportunity 😊"

"15 of us ranging in age from 8-76 stayed at this wonderful retreat for a long weekend family reunion. We did lots of cooking and the kitchen had everything we needed. The space was relaxing and close to so many things to do, the beds were comfortable and showers and hot tub were great."
