"Property is nice: amazing location. Very walkable lit and safe to many go to places. Very good shower facilities, bad was ok. Very good breakfast. Nice design elements. We had a premium room with balcony to plaza España and gran via and it was very nice amenity."

"Spacious and well appointed apartment right in the center of Gran Via Avenue. Very convenient with fun views. It was nice to be able to open windows and see the activity below but sound proof windows and high quality shades provided privacy and quiet. Staff was kind and very helpful when arranging taxi to airport but communication on check-in process, laundry and access to pool/towels could have been better (clearer). "

"Excellent central location, walkable to most of attractions. Room was clean and there is plenty space for clothes. There are coffee/juice machines at downstairs, biscuits and fruits are supplied every day. A bag of water and pastries is delivered to door every morning. There is a rooftop bar at level 6, can be a bit noisy at night. It is not a big issue because ear plugs are provided. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. "
