"We love this hotel/apartment and continue to come back. Tha staff is most friendly and helpful and willing to go out of their way. The rooms, while all different are spacious and very well appointment enabling use to prepare full meals. The location, on the river and walkway is perfect for walking to restaurant's, shopping or just a short stroll."

"The TRYP by Wyndham Cuenca Zahir far exceeded any expectations that my wife and I could imagine. The room was immaculate and beautifully appointed. The hotel is centrally located with many shopping opportunities, and the Pumapungo ruins (a bit of a hike, but not bad) within walking distance. A wide variety of traditional Ecuadorian and international cuisine is also available within walking distance or via restaurant delivery services similar to those in the U.S. All of the above pales in comparison, however, to the staff of the TRYP by Wyndham Cuenca Zahir. Every member of every team, from concierge, to wait staff to housekeeping, is warm, welcoming and courteous. John, who works in the restaurant, kept us drinking and eating without wait. He was a rad guy and I will consider him a friend for life. Many staff members are multi-lingual and all staff members seem genuinely happy to help with any questions. We did not have one negative experience at the TRYP by Wyndham Cuenca Zahir. We would have stayed forever!"
