The hotel feels like a real mansion with classic furnitures. Room was large and very clean. Location can’t be better, surrounded by so many restaurants and cafes, it’s hard to count. Definitely try Goza Restaurant/Bar, located 6 minutes from the hotel. STAFF: hands down staff is the biggest asset at the hotel, they are kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Big shoutouts go Adrian and specially Cristina. She was patient and reorganized my detailed itinerary to be more time efficient :)

Old world charm in the historic center. Excellent coffee in the room and a chocolate on the bed each evening. Also a great buffet breakfast with local fresh fruit. High end l'Occitane bath products.This hotel pays attention to detail and we felt well cared for. Cuenca flows with mountain springs but we advise drinking only bottled water. A wonderful place to stay!

This is one of the best hotels in Cuenca. They put a hot water bottle in your bed. It’s amazing, and there really isn’t service like this in most hotels. Also, the garden is really nice. I will definitely be back.
