The staff was excellent. Very helpful and kind. The breakfast at the restaurant was very good and we ate there each morning. The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed how it was decorated. Short drive from the center of town, so lots of dining options when you get to that area.

It’s a beautiful property. You truly feel VIP the staff is so attentive y courteous, since the moment you walk in. I needed more days, I only booked one day just to check out the place. Next time I will stay a little bit longer.

Overall this hotel is ok, I enjoyed 2 days here with my girlfriend, but I will not return in the future The property is beautiful and unique in its style. Staff are extremely friendly and the food was very good. Pool, jacuzzi and garden are really nice However, there are several things that made me not want to return: - staff is not very professional or well trained (for example, it's really hard to get waiter's attention as they're typically chatting among them) - we had an issue with the room we reserved, as the pictures in expedia do not match the room you are a actually booking - rooms around the pool are extremely noisy and small. People start having breakfast right outside your window at 7am - rooms further away in the garden are more private and larger, but not as well decorated

El personal siempre fue atento en todo momento. El nuevo mesero Antonio es un millón de veces más amable y servicial que el "avienta-platos" que agradecemos ya no está. Es un gran punto a favor para la gerencia del hotel. Gracias por atender mi queja! Las instalaciones hermosas y limpias como de costumbre. La habitación igual de limpia que en otra ocasiones. La cama y las almohadas limpias y cómodas. La comida muy rica y las bebidas también. Lo único que notamos que cambió, fue la pizza. Antes era más grande, delgada y crujiente, ahora era fue mucho más pequeña, masuda y sin el sabor tan rico de las pizzas que solían hacer antes. En general, todo lo que ofrece este hotel y su personal, es inmejorable. Nos hemos alojado en cuatro ocasiones y lo hemos recomendado a familiares y amigos. Es un lugar donde encuentras tranquilidad. 100% recomendable.

El hotel está increíble de bonito me encanto . La alberca caliente, el personal muy muy atento la habitación muy bonita. Lo único que me tocó fue una regadera de teléfono incómoda y se tarda en salir el agua caliente.
