The hotel is a pretty hacienda with nice big rooms and comfty bed. The free breakfast was a basic continental one but we ended up paying for the buffet they have on Tuesdays at 2x1. We spent just 1 night and wish we could have stayed longer for truly enjoyung the place.

This is a wonderful hotel, beautiful gardens, great food, excellent service. It is only 50 min from Mex City and you are transported to paradise.

El restaurante carece de servicio adecuado, me tocó un platillo echado a perder. Solo me lo cambiaron por una opción más barata, pero no descontaron el monto correspondiente alegando que “me avisaron” cuando no fue claro. Solo te dan una toalla de alberca por día. Lo agradable es el área de alberca y la habitación que tomamos estuvieron limpias y adecuadas.

Lo bueno: La habitación junior es muy amplia y agradable. Tiene una cama y sillones cómodos y frigobar. La alberca climatizada se disfruta bastante. Las instalaciones están muy cuidadas y la atención del personal es muy amable. Las canchas de tenis están muy bien. Lo no tan bueno: Nos dieron la habitación una hora y media más tarde que el check in. Lo molesto fue que nos decían que en media hora estaba lista y fueron posponiendo la hora de entrada de media hora en media hora. Ya que entramos a la habitación, nos dimos cuenta de qué el huésped anterior se había olvidado unas prendas ahí, así que deja mucho que desear la limpieza que se hizo. El aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido, al menos en la habitación que nos tocó y lo tuvimos que apagar por la noche. Lo bueno es que se puede dormir con la ventana abierta, porque tienen mosquitero. El servicio del restaurante es lentísimo. La comida es rica pero para el tamaño de los platos, los precios son altos. Preferimos salir a la av Zapata donde hay mejores opciones

El hotel y las amenidades son muy lindas, jardines bien cuidados, la alberca, el patio interior del edificio principal, recepcion, canchas, etc. Desafortunadamente, esto no se ve reflejado en las habitaciones, es un hotel antiguo pero no tiene buen mantenimiento en las habitaciones, camas incomodas, toallas viejas; en general las habitaciones requiren actualizacion y mantenimiento (cortinero oxidado, etc.). Tambien tuvimos mas de 2 ocasiones que llamar para que vinieran a remover bichos de la habitacion, y nos trajeron una lata de Raid. Entendemos que por el clima y la cantidad de naturaleza alrededor puede haber animales, pero hemos estado en hoteles similares y nunca tuvimos esta experiencia. El servicio en general es bueno. Room service no es recomedable, la comida estaba fria y la pasta sin sabor y un poco cruda.
