"We were delayed and had to pay $50 for the clerk to return and let us in. We had poor communication, Bur Strangers called them twice to let us in. I was ready to sleep in n the Lobby if no one came. Room was nice after checking in. There was a old historic Elevator but I didn't even try to use it. I'm going to avoid staying in properties that don't have staff near by, I especially don't like self check in as we used in Zurich. "

"The apartment was clean, however, very small and certainly wouldn't be comfortable if filled to it's 7 people capacity. There were two bedrooms with doubles and then very small single beds in the corners. Only one bathroom which is not sufficient for the 5 people during our stay. The small kitchen had a tiny round table with only 4 chairs, no lounge room or couch. Would not recommend if you have more than 4 staying. Nowhere to sit and relax together."

"Extremely loud outside, but I’m sure that is to be expected given the location. For those that aren’t familiar with the area, it’s a very lively area with lots of night life. Aside feom that, the place and experience was a dream. "

"Loved the hotel and the staff. Great location next to metro for easy access to Linate airport. The only challenge we had was finding the entrance which is a bit tucked away and neither Apple Maps nor google maps accurately portray the location. Fortunately we spotted the doorway from the photo on Expedia."

"Beautiful facility; I wish we'd have had more time to explore. Price was reasonable compared to places closer to city, but taxi cost to get there was 90 Euro. Fascinating history was explained with great pride by lady at front desk. The breakfast was lovely. Within walking distance of train station, but there are no station personnel, so know what train you need."
