Great Stay but breakfast a challenge for Vegans

My friend and I spent two nights here at the beginning and end of our wildlife visit to the Pantanal. It was a real luxury to take their magnificent showers (the water pressure) and stay in their wonderful rooms. I did not rate the highest only because there were few English speaking people to help us, but Jefferson was so great at the front desk one day. Also, the breakfast buffet offered no vegan/gluten free options and it was hard to ask for what we needed because of the language barrier. When we figured out how to communicate, the restaurant was very very accommodating. Overall a great value for the money. Top notch.

Estadia boa, hotel poderia oferecer mais conforto como dois criados mudos e tomadas mais próximas a cama. O guarda roupa ao invés de dentro do banheiro, deveria ser no quarto mais próximo da cama. Infelizmente tive uma experiência ruim quanto ao estacionamento, furtaram um pertence, uma capa de couro de óculos. Como estava com pressa para chegar até o aeroporto, não consegui discutir sobre o tal fato.

Foi tudo maravilhoso como sempre, desde o atendimento, até as condições da hospedagem! O único defeito que existe no hotel, são as luzes brancas nos quartos, que incomodam um pouco. Sugiro a troca das lâmpadas frias por lâmpadas amarelas quentes, que são bem mais aconchegantes. No mais, foi tudo perfeito.
