Ponto a melhorar: serviço em geral . Jó momento do meu checkin, o instalador ficou dentro do quarto consertado a TV q não funcionava. Extremamente inconveniente, já que poderia ter sido feito antes. Teve tb problemas no controle remoto do portão da garagem, outro ponto q poderia ter sido resolvido antes da minha chegada. Localização: fraca, sem acesso à pé para nada, numa estrada de terra a 200m da estrada principal

Baratas subindo pelas pernas

Me hospedei devido as avaliações, fiquei bastante decepcionado , apesar do bom atendimento do staff, ao ir tomar banho subiram duas baratas pelo ralo, uma inclusive subiu na minha perna, a noite muitos pernilongos, a pousada em si poderia ser boa, se não tivesse esses problemas. Sinto informar ao proprietário, mas baratas não são devido a natureza, mas devido ao sistema de esgoto precário e falta de um ralo adequado e colocação de telas ou um inseticida prévio a entrada , previnem os proprietários

Uma Proposta Aquém do esperado! Decepcionante!

A pousada está longe do centrinho, então somente vale se Você estiver de carro. Inserida num belo local, com bastante vegetação e pássaros no entorno, faz com que seja agradável sentar na varanda e sentir o ambiente. Como os chalés são muito próximos, talvez com a lotação máxima não seja tão agradável. Vai depender da percepção de cada um e do que procura. Quanto ao atendimento achamos péssimo. Check in demorado e poucas informações. Ficamos 3 noites e não houve limpeza. Ficamos sem café da manhã em um dos dias, mesmo seguindo as regras na forma de solicitação. Não entendemos exatamente o que ocorreu por falta de justificativa plausível. Nem pediram desculpas. Ao contrário dos demais depoimentos, não tivemos o contato com os donos e talvez por isso os atuais responsáveis não mantém o padrão de zelo e atenção aos hóspedes. O banheiro é um pouco pequeno e não é confortável para pessoas altas. Não recomendo porque a experiência não foi agradável. Apesar da natureza exuberante ao redor, apenas isso não é suficiente para ser bom, é preciso funcionar a parte humana.

Tranquilidade e satisfação.

É lugar acolhedor, simples, limpo, o pessoal de frente super bacana, prestativo, resolutivo, simpático. A área dos chalés é limpa, bem cuidada e charmosa. Há tranqüilidade e segurança. O café é gostoso, alimenta, adequada à necessidade e ao campo.
