"This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. While the staff were friendly, the condition of the hotel was completely unacceptable, especially for nearly $250 per night. From the moment we walked in, there was a strong musty smell from the carpets, which were visibly worn, torn, and fraying throughout the hotel. The room itself was unbelievably cramped, with barely enough space to walk between the bed and dresser without turning sideways just to get to the bathroom. The room door would not close properly and had a noticeable gap at the top, allowing hallway noise into the room all night, made even worse by the paper-thin walls. The curtains were damaged and falling apart, leaving gaps that let bright parking lot lights shine into the room overnight. The bedding was also disappointing. The “blanket” was so thin it was practically see-through and felt more like a sheet than proper hotel bedding. The most disturbing part was the shower tile that appeared to have a dark red splatter stain resembling blood. It was shocking to see and raised serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. Breakfast was extremely basic and underwhelming. Overall, this hotel was dirty, outdated, poorly maintained, and nowhere near worth the price charged. I would not recommend staying here."

"The staff was super sweet and helpful but the hotel itself was poorly maintained. The rooms were warm and dry even with air conditioning, no fans in the bathroom, and very outdated. It was just a massive concrete building inside and out. We spent a good amount to be close to the stadiums that you’d think the hotel would be better maintained"

"The TV did not work. We had to purchase toilet paper. Blinds did not work. Noisy neighbourhood. Not terrible but I would not recommend."
