I’d make sure you ask them to open up the house and turn the air on in advance of your arrival. It was 88 degrees in the house the first evening when we arrived and it took a long while for the AC to kick in; not great sleeping. Other than that it was a pretty awesome rental experience. "It was a beautiful home well taken care of. Homeowner was a delight to work with. Tennessee had tornados the evening we were coming in and she text me told us to travel safely. We had a 9 hr drive ahead of us and we needed to have a place to sleep as we were coming in a 330am. She accomidated us so we could get some much needed rest. We will be back was a beautiful home.
