"Absolutely disgusting - they would not let us into apartment then refused to refund us after we had to book elsewhere. Can’t believe how dodgy they are."

"I had to go to the Waverley Guest a house to collect the key. On arriving I was passed by an inebriated lady cursing and swearing and carrying a Perspex advert holder. As I climbed the stairs it whizzed passed my head and smashed on the stairs as she had thrown in in her rage. The chap at the desk acted like nothing had happened and gave me my key. I went to the ‘holiday apartments’ and found room 18 and it was a disgrace. It stank of cigarettes and sweat. The walls and bed clothes were shabby....

"Perfect for anyone who wants easy walking access to Inverness City Center. Virtually everything is less than a 15 minute walk away and located in a safe neighborhood. The flat included everything we needed for our stay and we really appreciated the pods for the washing machine. Great lighting for me to embroider in also. The refrigerator was small but it was adequate for our needs. The bed was comfy. There was a nice little garden for relaxing in, if the weather had been more cooperative. ...

"Apartment does have a washer but not a dryer, this was the main reason we booked it. It has 2 beds but sleeping 5 is a stretch unless someone is sleeping on a sofa. The location is right in the middle of town which is great but the bar right across the street is open until 1 am so there is a lot of noise at night."

"Our group of four found the property to be perfect for our needs. It's conveniently located close to the city center and just a short walk from the train station. The property was exceptionally clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. Our host was responsive to all our questions and requests, going above and beyond to meet our needs. I would highly recommend this property."

"The property was clean and tidy with plenty of room for the two of us plus our dog. At the bottom of the garden there was a covered deck area looking into the forest and also a gate directly into the forest. This was ideal for us as we love wildlife and our holidays are centred round it. We were lucky to see some red squirrels while we were there.We highly recommend this property."

"Great little apartment, comfy bed, good shower & thats what really matters!! Kitchen was functional & had everything we needed. Walkable to shops restaurants & takeaways. The slight downside is that the bathroom could do with a bit of TLC. Overall it was a nice stay."

"The loft was an excellent place to return to after a long day of exploring the Scottish Highlands. Only a five minute walk away from the hubbub of the city, it is easily accessible and yet not right in the middle of everything. Dean and Liam are very accommodating and easy to communicate with, and even left a booklet with restaurant and activity recommendations. Would recommend to anyone going to Inverness!"
