"We checked in and our first room was visibly dirty. I asked for housekeeping to come address the issues and was informed that housekeeping was not available until the following morning. I asked for a new room and was given one, but it was only slightly better than the first. We ended up buying our own cleaning supplies and cleaned ourselves. "This is the second time we stayed in this hotel in 2 years. Both times we had issues with outlets, the lamps and USB outlets. This time they had lamps that the outlets didn't work, we had one outlet and one usb that worked in the whole room. The outlet by the a/c did not work at all and the lamp in the corner had a missing bulb. In the bathroom the fan did not work and the floor was dirty. "My girlfriend and I stayed here for the fourth of July weekend and weren't sure exactly what to expect. But, our expectations were blown out of the water. Staying here was unbelievable and a 10/10 experience. I highly recommend this place for couples to get away and make some amazing memories. We will definitely be back soon!"
