"Odanın kliması ısıtmıyordu. Yorgan yastık nevresim kirliydi hepsinde sarı sarı lekeler mevcut. Odada otel terliklerinden yoktu. "Von Anfang an war der Aufenthalt komisch. Obwohl meine Buchung konfirmiert war, wurde ich im Hotel überhaupt nicht erwartet. Der Manager hatte keine Ahnung über "Hotels.com". Letztlich habe ich ein Zimmer bekommen, das rein war aber nicht erwärmt und wurde auch nicht viel wärmer während der Nacht, obwohl drausen 3-4°C waren. Frühstück hat mir der Manager klar gesagt, dass ich keins bekommen werde, obwohl ich Aufenthalt MIT Frühstück bezahlt habe. Zimmer war klein aber rein, Badezimmer auch ganz...

"Hotel and staff were excellent, food as well. Room was good but there was a stench in the bathroom that was not pleasant, however, management fixed this so all in all we very pleasant surprised with this only being a 3 star hotel. If I should have any complains it must be that the hotel did not have an lift in the properties for people having difficulties walking the stairs. "

"Service persons are always somewhere. Rooms are good. Restaurant as well as breakfast area is too small for guests. We cannot find empty place and had breakfast at the entrance of the hotel. There are no playing places for children. This hotel is suitable for solo and friends. The location and scene of the hotel are very good. It is at the center and near the coastal line. Cleanliness is acceptable."

"terrible check-in, I booked 2 economy rooms, and the staff tried to give me one economy condo stating that this is equal to two rooms, I refused, and then they gave me rooms without AC, then I pointed out to them it cleared say in the website that there is AC, finally they gave me 2 rooms, the bathroom is tiny, the toilet seat is literally attached to the shower wall on the left side, you can not sit properly on it, the elevator was not working, I tried to cancel the reservation, unfortunately, was nonrefundable, I tried to upgrade to the economy condo they asked higher rate than what is listed, so I decided to continue in the same rooms, then they asked me for extra money, I refused, they refused to clean my room in the last day this is my worst hotel stay ever. On the other hand, it is in great location"

"The property was advertised as having a kitchen. There were no pots, dishes, utensils and no hot pot. Couldn’t even boil water. The stove was gas and there was no way to light it. There were no towels in the bathroom. When we went to the desk we had to search for assistance and then we only got 2 towels for the 4 of us. Bed was clean and otherwise safe, it was convenient to the beach front so we could walk to restaurants. There was street parking as long as you arrived early. The street was busy and the cars were loud but it settled down by night. The TV turned on but the only thing that worked was YouTube. "
