"This condo is just across the road from the boardwalk to the beach, allowing for easy access to the waves. Outside of the condos is a shower and hose to help remove the sand. The outdoor space around the condo was inviting. Our first impression when we opened the door to the condo was "Wow!" "If you like riding bikes, it's the ideal place to stay. There are plenty of trails near by and you can ride your bike to them. The apartment is comfortable and very quiet. The apartment is on the first floor with 3 steps getting to your front dóor. No stairs inside. Very nice neighborhood and close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. Would highly recommend for a very enjoyable vacation."

"Chris and Hayden were excellent hosts. This stay is a guest house behind the main house that is very private. It was very clean with fun nautical decor that features a one bedroom, couch with television, and a small kitchen. The hosts were responsive if needed and easy parking. We loved staying here as it was perfect for a weekend getaway."

Having a washer and dryer was a huge blessing especially since we didn’t beach excursions to Amelia Island and then did a hike on Cumberland island.The kids loved the apartment!
